Ristorante Isola in Rodenbach

For me the best pizza, I've been going there since I was a child and I was also able to convince my husband, that's why we often get pizza there and take the route from Steinheim to Rodenbach and it's still hot

There are some points that are not okay. The three of us visited the Ristorante Isola. 1. We had to wait 50 minutes for 2 pizzas and a pasta dish. Due to the Corona circumstances, there are fewer guests. Don't want to know how long it will take if a full occupancy is possible. 2. Both pizzas were not tasty because a) both pizzas tasted like batter. The dough was not fully baked, saggy and too salty. After the bad taste of the dough, there was mainly b) pepper taste in one pizza and c) burnt spices in the other pizza. The person with the burnt spices had stomach pain and vomited after the visit. 3. The pasta dish was too greasy. Perhaps the lid of the oil bottle slipped off during preparation. 4. One person forgot the wine. This was only brought after the second question. 5. No care is taken to ensure that guests disinfect their hands when entering the premises. From where I was sitting I was able to observe very well that only an estimated 10% of those entering disinfected their hands. 6. As can be read at least in another review, the volume in the guest room is enormous. Although there weren't that many people there due to the Corona circumstances, we almost had to yell at each other so we could understand each other. This background noise is probably also the reason why our waitress screamed so. Unfortunately right next to me. My ear beeped for it. My conclusion: At first glance everything is very appealing, but this was followed by pure disenchantment. The Ristorante Isola disappointed across the board. I or we don't have to go out to eat for these services. We do better at home pizzas. We won't come back after the first visit.

Today we went to the "Ristorante Isola" in Rodenbach for the first time. Friendly service, short waiting times and the food tastes very good and the portions are large. The price-performance ratio is appropriate.

The food is absolutely delicious, although the local Proppen was full, the food came quickly and freshly prepared. The service is great.

Very delicious and the staff was super friendly. Here is really cooked Italian (The spaghetti carbonara are a hit!). Only the ambience has not promised me so. But was easily balanced by the food.
